Does donating plasma have an adverse effect on your health?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Donating blood or blood components such as plasma cause no harm to the body though you could feel slightly lightheaded for a short while if you get up too quickly. Being a blood donor is doing a good thing for someone else.
