No: Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) is a powerful, potentially addictive stimulant. If you do have ADD or ADHD, then the medication is appropriate but you must take the med daily, not for any other purpose than controlling your ADD symptoms. If difficulty concentrating is one of your daily ADD problems, that's fine. But it's not a good idea to enhance your ability to drive or concentrate by taking it at certain times.

Depends on reaction: If any side effects from the class of osteoporosis drugs called bisphosphonates (alendronate, ibandronate, etc) are affecting someone's quality of life, it depends on how severe is the side effect to decide whether the risk of having a debilitating hip (and other bone) fracture is worth not taking the medication. Some side effects mean don't take the drug, others may decrease over time.

Stay hydrated: Sounds like you had a nasty viral stomach flu. I would highly recommend taking some probiotics for a while to help your digestive tract. When you have diarrhea, it's important to drink extra fluids too, including something with electrolytes (sodium, potassium, etc). Only take ibuprofen for pain or fever, and take with some food.
