Healthy exercise: Handball is a good aerobic exercise. It has great value for overall health. Any exercise has the ability to produce injuries and these should be addressed appropriately. If there are underlying health conditions then an individual should consult their physician before beginning a new exercise regimen.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
