Aspartame : There is no quality evidence connecting aspartame to anything seriously harmful (some believe it to be a headache trigger). Some believe that it may make you hungry consider the wide exposure of the world to aspartame and its continued use. There should be solid epidemiological evidence to show harm at this point. The peer reviewed causal data is just not there and never has been there.
