Depends : It depends on what you do at home. Sitting on the couch all day, watching tv/playing computer games, not connecting meaningfully with others, using substances to alter your mind or emotions, etc, predictably lead to unhealthy results. Engaging in purposeful activity that also serves others, eating and exercising well, resting as needed, and challenging your mind daily are much more healthful.
