How long should swelling under eye from juvederm last?

Several days: Juvederm is a filler and does cause swelling after injection. Usually it should be back to normal (although the filler area looks fuller and thus "swollen") after 3-4 days.

Prolonged swelling: If the swelling persists longer than the typical 3-4 days. You may consider returning to your doctor, as they are able to dissolve some of it if necessary.

Swelling/filler: Swelling after injections is not unheard off. Follow your injectors post procedure instructions which may include using a cool compress.
