Tyndall effect: The Tyndall effect, also known as Tyndall scattering, is light scattering by particles in a colloid or particles in a fine suspension. This can happen after injection with hyaluronic acid fillers.

Bruise vs tyndall: Depending on how far out you are from your injection, the "blue bags" could be one of two things, either bruising or tyndall effect, which can happen when Juvederm is placed too near to the skin. Sagginess can occur with improper placement of tear trough fillers. I would follow up with your injector for possible treatments. http://www.omahacosmeticsurgery.com/non-surgical-procedures/injectables/
