Hyaluronic acid fill: Hyaluronic acid fillers can work well under the eyes, but should only be administered by a physician trained in aesthetic surgery, as incorrect placement can lead to lumpiness and irregularity. I generally use Restylane (dermal fillers) under the eyes.

Filler- tear trough: Using any filler in the tear trough is an off label use of the product. Be sure to have your face evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
