Constipation: This is very abnormal not to have bm for three weeks. Extremely serious problem. Your all efforts should be to get bowel movement to release pressure on intestinal wall before it perforates. Mega colon do burst. Go to er. Thanks.

Constipation: Time to go see your gp, especially any time you notice a persistent change in your bowel habits. Going w/o bowel movement for 3wks isn't healthy & suggests possible obstruction or impaction, which could be related to inflammatory bowel disease. If you have any abdominal pain, don't wait for monday. Go directly to your nearest a&e.

Yes- See Your Dr.: This would be a very painful situation. Unless you are having some small bowel movements you would be very sick at this point, having accumulated 3 weeks of wast in your body. Ulcerative colitis could be the culprit, if you developed a stricture that caused a obstruction or from past surgical scarring that caused an ileus (freezing.).
