Hi. active chronic colitis with acute cryptitis and crypt abscesses.neg dyplasia or malignant. term ileum benign small intestine mucosa no sig pathology change. did have 2 ulcers. doc said not ulcerative colitis, maybe crohn's. no diagnosis. opinion?

Need more info: From what you described, you have inflammatory bowel disease. It is not feasible to narrow the diagnosis further, without additional information, especially examining the tissue that was removed. It may take a collaboration between, pathology, radiology and gastroenterology to sort it out.
