HIV is hard to get: First, this is not how people get hiv. If it was doctors, nurses, paramedics and hospice workers, just to name a few would be infected. Second, your skin is a very good barrier to bugs and viruses in general. Third, it is a bit offensive that you think this repairman has hiv. So, to answer you question, the risk is zero.
