HIV: This is conceivable but highly improbable. This type of superficial contact rarely if ever transmits HIV but I never say never. It would not hurt for you to go and get tested if you are overly concerned. Best wishes.

With lots of blood there are 2 questions. Did you have fresh blood on an open wound and was the person from whom the blood came HIV+? If both are correct you should go and be tested.
