Seen in urgicare for cough/sob-blood work showed wbc 4.2, hgb 10.8, rdw 16, rbc 3.99 those r abnormal; i have lupus, only on plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) is this concern also just finished menstrual cycle 3 days ago?

Lab data: These show that you have a slightly low WBC count and are anemic with varying sized rbcs. Without the remainder of the physical exam findings and your full medical records and being able to see you it is impossible to say much more. Medicine is not practiced with labs alone, they are simply an adjunct to good clinical care. See your doctor and feel better.

Anemia: You likely have a viral infection and associated anemia due to the recent menstruation and plaquenil, (hydroxychloroquine) as well as the acute infection. Follow urgent care recommendations but follow up with your regular doctor early next week for a thorough evaluation.

See below: Lupus and viral infections can cause a low white blood cell and 4.2 is not worrisome. Your anemia needs to be addressed and if you are having heavy menstrual cycles you will need to see your gyn.
