How low?: It depends on how low the WBC is and whether this has been a persistent findings. You will need to find out the cause for the low WBC which may be the result of a drug reaction or just part of the Lupus/RA. The major risk is increased susceptibility to infections when the WBC is very low. Talk to your rheumatologist.
