Not normal: You need to have colonoscopy repeated for surveillance - every 5 to 10 years depending on what your doc advises.

Yes: There is something very wrong going on. If you were my patient, i would order a cdsa, and bloodwork for micronutrients. I may also consider some genetic testing. Your cholesterol actually seems a little too low. Cholesterol is actually needed by the body to make many important hormones.
