I had a colonoscopy today. dr removed some polyps and also collected some biopsies. i'm now beginning to run a fever. chills & aching. is this normal?

No: You should review this with your gastroenterologist, but to be honest, it's possible this is unrelated to the colonoscopy and is related to a totally independent(suspicious for infectious) process.
