What causes spongiotic dermatitis and how should it be treated? i've had this for 8+yrs and no cure. fingers, one toe and now palm skin splits-bleeds.

The cause of many forms of eczema is unknown & the diagnosis is often difficult. There are many different types of eczema. A dermatologist is recommended. Topical corticosteroids should be tried but they are unpredictable & improvement may be temporary.
