1) You need to see a neurologist 2) The brain perceives sensation in the sensory cortex. The odd thing is - the face and the body issues are on the same side - generally right side of brain perceives left side of body - below the neck (so face and body issues should be opposite). The CT scan may not have gone low enough in the posterior brain/upper spinal cord to detect an issue. 3) see #1
