Several cues: The kid who is not knocked out, disoriented or confused @ the time of the injury is probably fine. Confusion or repeated episodes of vomiting in the hours after trauma deserve a look over by the dr.Kids under 8 can be allowed to nap on their regular schedule, with you checking in on occasion.They wake up and barf with a change of status.Any change in personality deserves a visit.
