I accidentally hit 14 week old son in back of head with my cell phone while nursing. he didnt cry, lose consciousness. is he ok? brain bleed?

Unlikely : Although this may have frightened you I doubt it did much to baby. The back of the heat is thick & more tolerant to trauma in general than most of the body. The lack of personality change/cry is also good evidence that it did not bother the kid. I wouldn't devote any more worry to this at all.
