Mechanism?: Worry is a wasted emotion. His chances of serious head injury depends on many things. What was the height from which he fell? Was he dropped from a four feet distance or was he cruising and tipped over? The difference here is critical, the former being more concerning than the latter? Does he seem to be in pain? Is he acting normally for that time of day?
