: If the kid is walking around with her usual confidence, playing some, feeding and sleeping normally I would consider this a sign that things are okay. If she seems wobbly, refuses to walk, I would take her in. Her pattern of daily activities is a good neurologic exam. If she's doing her normal pattern this likely did not damage her.
