Observe: I presume that you unstated question is what to do. As the child did not lose consciousness, seems fine, and didn't cry, no acute medical evaluation is necessary at this time. If he develops altered mental status, or vomits, then evaluation should be urgently sought. If the falling continues, then the should be evaluated by pediatrician urgently.
