A member asked:

From which fruit we can get vitamin b3?

Hard NOT to get: Deficiency in vitamin b3 turns up in areas where the diet consists primarily of maize (in the usa we call it "corn") with little variety, or in people who are generally malnourished. A varied diet will supply you. Truth be told, a young man does better to think about staying physically fit than obsess about enough vitamins. A reasonably varied, sensible diet will cover you. Tomatoes are b3-rich.
