Normal: Any exertion can cause an increase in heart rate. If there is a slight heart rate increase don't worry, it's normal.

Possibly: Like any person a baby's heart rate will go up when they are uncomfortable or in pain. Teething can defiantly be uncomfortable. If their other behaviors are normal and/or consistent with normal teething, i wouldn't worry about this. If you are really not sure have them evaluated by their pediatrian just to be sure.

Not generally: Because the baby may be irritable and uncomfortable, the heart rate could go up when they are crying...But not generaly.

Any : Discomfort can cause an increased heart rate in a child. As your child is otherwise acting fine i wouldnt worry. If you notice any other behavioral changes as well, see your pediatrician.
