You can get veneers if on front teeth or try bleaching. The spots are not harmful just noticeable to you when you look in mirror but as much when the public looks at you. Many people have these spots from medications and live with them.

White spots have many causes. Dull white spots indicate decalcification and require restoration. Shiney white spots are from medications or illnesses as that part of the tooth is forming. Some are genetic. And there are other causes. A General Dentist or a Prosthodontist, a restorative Dental Specialist can examine and advise. Yes, they can be made to disappear.
