See a Dr.: I would get to a dr., oral surgeon or emergency depart. And be checked. If there is infection, it can spread into the blood steam and create other health issues in all parts of the body.

EMERGENCY: You should see an oral surgeon asap. These situations can go downhill very quickly. It's not worth the risk of waiting, regardless of how low the risk. Pain, suffering, unnecessary expense, and further health risks will only increase with time.
