Belly aches bad: Any abdominal pain that is continuous and lasts for four hours is referred to as a surgical abdomen and needs an er evaluation. Otherwise any sharp sudden intolerable and continuing pain should be evaluated in the er. Even more so if you are running a fever greater than 100.5 degrees good luck to you. Hope you are well soon.
