Difficult: 30's female notes worse abdominal pain since first laparoscopy. The theory of endometriosis causation is unsubstantiated. Every peritoneal insult (laparoscopy) initiates peritoneal adhesions, which instigate intestinal dilatations & spasms & abdominal symptoms indistinguishable from symptoms of IBS. In fact, IBS might be iatrogenic consequence of gynecological instrumentation for "endometriosis".
