Many possibilities: After surgery, dizziness may be related to the anesthesia, although it's unlikely the cause 7 days later. Based on the history you've included, you need to rule out bleeding and anemia, dehydration, side effect of pain medications, poor appetite after surgery, pain related. You should f/u with your surgeon and he/she can direct you for further evaluation if warranted.

Dizzy: No, not really normal. You might be a little dehydrated or may have had some blood loss, both of which can make you a little lightheaded. You should see your gynecologist.
