I feel pain when i palpate or press on my abdomen,or sleep on abdomen, opinions suspect that i have endometriosis, is there association?/possibilities?

Abdominal pain: Endometriosis typically causes pelvic and sometimes abdominal pain just before and during menses. Pain all the time is not typical from endometriosis. There are many reasons to have pain in abdomen with increased pressure. It could be normal, there could be issues with constipation, bladder infections, ovarian cysts, pulled muscles or nerves. If pain is severe please see a doctor
