No. Part of recovery: No, these effects would have cleared long before. It is possible to have postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) - slowed mental ability - even in younger persons, especially if they've had some difficulties before. But the symptoms you describe don't fit that disorder. Hope that helps.
