Recur s/s worse recently fatigue joint pain/ rash- face and top of hands,raynauds/chilblains labs pos ANA titer pattern homogeneous. SOB/pain left rib protein in UA. EGFR 82. ST prednisone taper 120mg s/s better. dsdna- 25 iu/ml (neg?) Not lupus?
How do you know if your ANA was done by Elisa or IFA? Why is my ANA positive but with no titer? Labs are positive ANA, positive dsDNA 14 and scl70 >8.
Sle diagnosed based on symptoms & below lab results. Ana 1.48 +ve, anti dsdna 28.5 +ve, ref <20, is there any chance these can be false positive?
Does presence of dsdna antibody (ELISA 120 U) indicate lupus? the lab reference range was normal upto 200U and ANA titre is low with total ANA 55. Thx
