Does presence of dsdna antibody (elisa 120 u) indicate lupus? the lab reference range was normal upto 200u and ana titre is low with total ana 55. thx

More information: Diagnosis of lupus depends on a number of criteria and a positive ANA, even antibody to ds DNA does not mean lupus. Please consult this site and discuss the matter with your doctor.
