Ana result came back as 1:640 homogenous pattern. anti-dsdna antibodies came back negative. i have a lot of lupus symptoms. if the anti-dsdna antibodies came back negative, does this mean it's likely not lupus? also had tpo antibodies present at 70?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and additional tests. Multiple criteria need to be met to diagnose Lupus. Visit this site for information and talk to your doctor. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7220972/ Wish you good health!

There are seronegative lupus cases as there are other autoimmune disorders that will have to be ruled out in this context. A rheumatologist is usually involved early as such conditions are many times hard to diagnose and treat properly.
