My ana was 1:320 homogenous +fine speckled pattern twice. i have dilated nailfold capillaries, fatigue, raynaud's, dry mouth, rashes, hair loss, body aches. but ena, dsdna, anti sm negative. what is most likely diagnosis? seeing rheum next month?
