My ana was 1:320 homogenous +fine speckled pattern twice. i have dilated nailfold capillaries, fatigue, raynaud's, dry mouth, rashes, hair loss, body aches. but ena, dsdna, anti sm negative. what is most likely diagnosis? seeing rheum next month?

Need more info and a good physical exam and family history. Keep a diary of all symptoms, if any, and discuss with your Dr. there.

Have right eye drooping and nerve/head pain, fatigue, body aches. AchR was low positive and ANA positive. Doc says not myasthenia or MS as SFEMG, EMG, head MRI/MRA, thymoma scan and LEMS serology were ok. Second AchR was negative. What could it be?
