need more info: What symptoms do you have? Mouth ulcers are not specific for lupus and back pain is not a component of lupus. You need to supply more specifics.

Does presence of dsdna antibody (ELISA 120 U) indicate lupus? the lab reference range was normal upto 200U and ANA titre is low with total ANA 55. Thx

Should one seek appointment with rheumatologist if ANA positive occurs with several symptoms of sle only if dsdna comes back positive? (low WBC too)
ANA result came back as 1:640 homogenous pattern. Anti-dsDNA Antibodies came back negative. I have a lot of lupus symptoms. If the Anti-dsDNA Antibodies came back negative, does this mean it's likely not Lupus? Also had TPO antibodies present at 70?
