This could actually be lupus. If your dsDNA is positive, along with the malar rash, joint symptoms and fatigue, lupus becomes more likely. You need to see a rheumatologist for a full evaluation and treatment, once diagnosed. Hopefully, you can get diagnosed soon and get some relief. Best of luck to you!

I agree with Dr.F. I would add a test for the antibody, RNP as you have certain features of mixed connective tissue disease. In this disorder ANA & RA factor is often not helpful. . I hope a rheumatologist is involved in your care.
