Interesting question: I would say that your chances of getting a dry socket are directly proportional to you eating anything that you want. Check out the post-surgical instructions that your dentist gave and try not to vary until your first follow up with them. He or she can guide you from there.

Not likely now: The vast majority of dry sockets form sooner than 135 hours post-extraction. Unless you have compromised healing or clotting issues, you should be safe at this point.
