Should be ok: You're pretty safe by 4 days. Just continue to follow instructions carefully. If it starts hurting, see the surgeon. If a dry socket develops, easy to treat with a pack.

Prevent dry socket: Rinse with warm salt water every 4 -6 hours and keep a good oral hygiene to prevent dry socket. Best of luck.
