Weight loss: This will only occur when you are taking in less than you are using. You need to count your calories and also find some way to estimate how much you are burning with your exercise and adjust accordingly. Eliminate all soft drinks, sugar containing deserts, decrease fat intake, and increase the duration and degree of exercise gradually. Good luck.
