Post operative: Fever is always concerning...Crp is frequently elevated after surgery.

Post CABG: She must be evaluated, followed, and potentially treated for possible infection or postoperative inflammation such as post pericardiotomy syndrome.

Follow up Doctor: Isolated fever events may not mean anything. If fever persists and the person develops signs of infection then that needs to be worked up diagnosed and treated. Elevated CRP multifactorial, not diagnostic. Physical exam, appropriate labs and imaging studies as needed if fevers persist.
