Pain: Its hard to parse your question. Do you mean that you DO have known 'broken wires? You could have chronic inflammation and/or the pointy end of the wires are an issue. You are very young for a CABG. You may need an op to deal with this issue. I would see an ortho surgeon who has no vested interest in this. The heart guys will NOT want to deal with it.

Scar or inflammation: See the thoracic surgeon. Sometimes neuroma, scar or tender wires can be solved easily. May need CT scan to rule out infection, dehiscence of other items
