Inferobasal Hypokine: Infero-basal hypokinesia persisting after surgery is a common finding. If you are asymptomatic, nothing needs to be done. It may represent an old heart attack in that area.

Stable: The heart attack- myocardial infarction damage and scar are likely permanent. The echo or an lvad angiogram will show this as a constant stable abnormality.
