No: The keto diet isn't 'safe' for anyone. Deliberately placing your body into a starvation state is dangerous. Yes, you will lose weight but you will not be healthier. The only diet that will improve health is that which ONLY includes fruits, vegatables, nuts, and lean protien. Remember, weight loss is not equal to improved health.
