See your doctor ASAP: See your doctor asap or go to er if you can't get in to see your doctor. The tissue may need to be lanced to let puss out, and you may need a tetanus shot if it's not up to date. Antibiotics may need to be prescribed.

See a foot doc: You have a nail infection. The nail likely needs to be removed te pocket drained of the pus. You may or may not need an antibiotic.
