Toe nail ripped off leaking clear discharge. how to avoid needing to see a doctor? and help new nail grow?

Clear discharge: is okay. Soak it in epsom salt and warm water and for about a week. Topical antibiotic cream and band aid through out the day (when working)... let it dry at night time when at home. New nail should grow out in 6 months. However, depending no what caused the nail to fall off, you may have damaged your nail bed or root and the nail may appear abnormal.
