Fungus/Tinea Pedis: Athletes foot does not always have to itch. Scaly lesions and discolored toe nails are signs of fungus infection of the skin and nails.

Fungus: Sounds like you have fungus in the nails and in the feet. You should get it checked out by a doctor.
