Most likely if all: over the scalp: seborrheic dermatitis. Try an anti-dandruff shampoo, pharmacy generic brand. If you get immediate relief progressing to normal, that is all you need. If it is just affecting parts of your scalp, you may need an anti-fungal shampoo, and likely a visit to your PCP or dermatologist.
