It is a great way to: Get them into your diet. Use of either a whole fruit juicer or a juice extractor is very healthy for use with fresh fruits & vegetables. Yes, serving size is the same - but be aware that in many cases you will add water, so that it isn't quite so concenctrated. Also be aware that if you use an extractor that you will be removing benefits of fiber. Use of juicing helps to release enzymes. Ensure.
